Acceptance of Terms
By booking an appointment at Embrace Wellness Therapies, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Appointment Policy
- All appointments must be booked in advance.
- After making a reservation, you will receive a confirmation email or message. Please check it for accuracy.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
The therapist is entitled to stop a massage at any moment if the client behaves inappropriately. This encompasses, but is not restricted to, improper physical contact, foul language, intimidation, or client inebriation. The client will not receive a refund if the massage is cancelled.
Rescheduling can be done according to the availability of our therapists.
Payment
We accept cash payments on the day of the appointment.
Medical Waiver and Disclaimer
Relaxation massage therapy services are offered by Embrace Wellness Therapies. The customer consents to disclose any known medical issues that could be impacted by massage therapy.
Pregnancy massage and post-surgical rehabilitation massage are not services offered by Embrace Wellness Therapies. Before the massage begins, it is the client'ange of ailments, such as cancer, diabetes, heart problems, strokes, and skin conditions.
Embrace Wellness Therapies is unable to make any medical diagnoses or recommend patients for tests or treatments.
Services Limitations
Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session, and you will be required to leave the premises.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone we believe may pose a health risk or is under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated through our website.
Privacy
Any information received from clients shall be deemed strictly personal and confidential, and Embrace Wellness Therapies agrees it shall not divulge any information received from clients to any person or entity without such clients’ prior written consent, except where applicable by aggregate law.
